Product Description
1. Overview
This equipment is a fully automatic test and sorting system for radial capacitors. When in use, as long as the tested capacitor is poured into the vibrating tray, the system can automatically insert the tested parts into the fixture through the manipulator for testing and sorting, and collect the test results of each item (qualified products and unqualified products). Its test speed is about 85/min, continuous operation. In particular, the capacity and loss tangent (DNG) characteristics of the capacitor at a high frequency of 100Kz can be tested.
The system is divided into "test discrimination", "transmission sorting" and "automatic feeding" three parts. The test fixture is installed on the opening and closing arm of the transmission sorting part. The operator pours the tested capacitor into the vibrating tray. The vibrating tray will automatically arrange and send it into the linear material path. The products sent to the linear material path will be automatically inserted into the fixture by the manipulator. After the fixture is opened, the tested parts will be automatically transferred to the sorting system to complete counting at the same time. The qualified products or unqualified products will be classified according to the measured parameters and collected separately. When there is no capacitor to supply the mechanical finger in the linear material path, the mechanical finger will immediately stop the grasping action. When the grasping action stops for 5 times, the machine will automatically give an alarm (the red warning light flashes and automatically turns on the sounder). When the material shortage continues for 20 times, the machine will automatically stop and stop the alarm. In order to ensure the reliable operation of the equipment, the industrial programmable controller (PLC) is used to collect and process the signal.
