Brief description of 1. system
TE2663X DV/DT test system is a set of multifunctional capacitance test equipment integrating capacitance capacity test, DV/DT value test and charge and discharge test. Using high voltage and high current power supply and advanced data acquisition means, it can not only measure the DV/DT parameter value of capacitance, but also set the voltage, current, test frequency and test times of charge and discharge test according to the obtained DV/DT value, the capacitance pulse test according to the national standard of capacitance is carried out.

1. Capacitance capacity test

2. Capacitor DV/DT value test
Using high-voltage, high-current power supply, the capacitor DV/DT value can be measured to help customers better control the capacitor quality.
3. Capacitor impulse discharge test
According to relevant standards, after setting the test voltage, current, interval time of impulse discharge (I. e. impulse discharge frequency) and impulse discharge times of the impulse discharge test, the system will automatically carry out the impulse discharge test. The general procedure is to carry out the capacity test first, then carry out the impulse discharge test with true high voltage and high current, and record the surface temperature of the capacitor in real time during this process, when the number of charging and discharging reaches the set number, stop the charging and discharging test, conduct the capacitance test again, record all the test data, and give the test report. At the same time, when the capacitor is damaged during the charging and discharging process, the system will automatically stop the test.
