2. The equipment frame is welded with square tube, the surface is sprayed with plastic or baking paint, the protective frame is made of aluminum profile, and the three sides are protected by door covers.
3. The first station is manual loading and unloading. The second work is product correction; The third station is automatic soldering. The fourth station is air blowing cooling.
4. Brand of spare parts: PLC adopts Panasonic, touch screen wheel, pneumatic component FESTO or SMC, and constant temperature soldering station.
5, the equipment should have electrical control maintenance circuit diagram, operating instructions;
6. The supplier is responsible for the equipment debugging and the training of the maintenance workers and operators of the demand side;
7. The equipment is guaranteed for one year (from the date of acceptance). During the warranty period, the supplier shall replace and repair the equipment free of charge within 48 hours after receiving the information due to damage caused by improper design and manufacturing or material problems.
