Product Description
1. Overview
This system is an automatic sorting system for AC capacitors. When in use, as long as the tested capacitor is inserted into the fixture of the system, the system can automatically test and sort different items of the tested parts according to different test requirements, and collect the test results of each item by classification (qualified products and unqualified products).
2. System Overview
The system is divided into "test discrimination" and "transmission sorting" two parts. The test fixture is installed on the test disc of the transmission sorting part. The operator will send the tested capacitor into the fixture of the system. The system will automatically transmit it to the test head of each test part for automatic test. According to the measured parameters, the qualified products or unqualified products of each grade will be classified and collected separately. (Centralized sorting of nonconforming products of this machine). The system can test and judge the following items of capacitors according to the process:
ACTV1→ACTV2→IR→CAP.DNG1→ΔC1

3.1 AC withstand voltage (ACTV1.2) test

Unqualified detection: those whose measured value is greater than the set value are unqualified and will be automatically rejected after discharge displacement.

Unqualified detection: the capacitor whose measured value is lower than the set value is automatically rejected after discharging three stations.

4.4 fault protection function
4.4.1 Air pressure protection: If the air pressure is insufficient, an audible and visual alarm will be issued after starting up, and starting will be prohibited until the fault is eliminated;
4.4.2 Magnetic sensitive switch protection: if the initial position of NG, GOOD blanking cylinder or test cylinder is not in place or during operation, an audible and visual alarm will be issued and start-up will be prohibited until the fault is eliminated;
4.4.3 Overload protection: the mechanical transmission is protected by torque limiter and proximity switch. Overload audible and visual alarm.
All faults are automatically displayed on the touch screen. After troubleshooting, press the reset key on the touch screen or the stop button of the control box to reset and restart.
