Product Description
1. Overview
This system is an automatic test and sorting system for metallized capacitors. When in use, as long as the tested capacitor is poured into the tray, the system can automatically insert the tested part into the fixture through the manipulator for testing and sorting, and collect the test results of each item (qualified products and unqualified products).
2. System Overview
The system is divided into "test discrimination", "transmission sorting" and "automatic feeding" three parts. The test fixture is installed on the transmission crawler of the transmission sorting part. The operator will pour the tested capacitor into the material tray, the manipulator will automatically insert the fixture, and the crawler will automatically transfer the fixture equipped with the tested part to the test head of each test part for automatic testing. According to the measured parameters, the qualified products or unqualified products of each grade will be classified and collected separately. The system can test and judge the following items of capacitors according to the process: C0/DF1 → DV/DT → DCTV → ACTV1-3 → IR → DF2 → DF3 → △C.

3.1 capacity drop (C0) test and loss tangent (DF1) measurement and pre-sorting

3.2 DV/DT test
Test voltage: DC 0~1200V
Charge and discharge frequency: 400HZ, 1KHZ
Charging resistance: 5Ω
Discharge resistance: 1Ω
Unqualified discrimination: 70% lower than the test voltage, it will be automatically rejected after discharge, and the red light will be displayed on the panel.
3.3 arcing (FO) test (this machine does not have this function)
Test voltage: DC 0~600V
Setting range: DC 50~600V
Unqualified discrimination: capacitors that are 85% lower than the test voltage and have an arcing time of about 50μS are automatically rejected after discharge and displayed with red light on the panel.
Test times: twice
3.4 DC withstand voltage (DCTV) test
Test voltage: DC 0~5000V
Test polarity: TV1 is discharged three times after positive test after charging at twelve stations
Unqualified detection: under the test voltage, the leakage current is greater than 0.5 ~ 1mA, which is automatically rejected after being discharged and shifted for three stations.
3.5 AC withstand voltage (ACTV) test
Test voltage: AC 0~2500V
Test times: 3 times
ACTV1 is discharged after one station charging test;
ACTV2 is discharged after one station charging test;
ACTV3 is discharged after one station charging test;
Current setting range: 5mA ~ 500mA
Unqualified detection: those whose measured value is greater than the set value are unqualified and will be automatically rejected after discharge displacement. If the previous station AC test of any AC test fails, all subsequent AC will not be tested (no voltage applied).
3.6 insulation resistance (IR) test
Test voltage: DC 50V, 100V, 250V, 500V
Measurement range: 1000MΩ ~ 9900MΩ
10000MΩ ~ 99000MΩ
Setting: in the test range of two-digit arbitrary setting
Test accuracy: 103MΩ is 10%,104MΩ is 20%.
Unqualified detection: the capacitor whose measured value is lower than the set value is automatically rejected after discharging three stations.
3.7 Capacity Loss Tangent (DF2) Measurement and Sorting

3.8 capacity error (△C) test and loss tangent (DF3) measurement and sorting
Please refer to the instruction manual of TE2616 for detailed instructions.
3.9 Forced Reject (OUT)
After 3.1 to 3.8 items, the remaining capacitors are sorted and finally forcibly removed.
4. other technical specifications

The measuring instrument part is single-phase AC220V ± 10% 50Hz
Transmission part is three-phase AC 380V ± 10% 50Hz
4.2 dryer (not available in this machine)
AC 220V 300W. Only start when the drive belt is running.
4.3 belt and test fixture
The total number of clamps is 150, and the distance between adjacent clamps is 51mm.
4.4 blanking method
The blanking method uses the cylinder to hit the method.
