Insulation withstand voltage tester is a variety of high-voltage electrical equipment, electrical components, insulation materials for power frequency or DC high voltage insulation strength test equipment. The insulation withstand voltage tester is a universal test instrument for AC safety, suitable for safety testing of household appliances and low-voltage electrical appliances. The leakage current value is adjusted by coarse and fine adjustment knobs. When the leakage current is out of tolerance, the test voltage is automatically cut off and an audible and visual alarm signal is issued.

1. connect the power of the instrument, turn on the power switch, the timer display window displays the last set number "XX", the current/insulation resistance display window and voltage display window display "8.8.8.8", then the instrument emits a "beep-", the current/insulation resistance display window and voltage display window display "-", and the instrument enters the waiting state.

2. press the function key to select the required function;

Before the 3. withstand voltage test, press the start button and adjust the voltage knob to make the output voltage reach the required value, and then press the reset button to make the instrument in the waiting state;

4. connect the end of the test loop to the measured part of the tested object through the measurement line, and connect the high-voltage end to the other measured part of the tested object through the high-voltage test clamp (rod);

5. press the breakdown current setting key, digital thousand-bit key, digital hundred-bit key and digital ten-bit key to set the breakdown current value;

Press the insulation setting key and the digital thousand-bit key, digital hundred-bit key, digital ten-bit key and digital bit key 6. to set the lower limit of insulation resistance;

7. press the insulation voltage setting key to set the insulation test voltage level;

8. press the timing setting key to make the timing setting indicator light on, and then press the digital ten-digit key and digital-digit key to set the timing value;

9. press the timing setting key to make the timing setting indicator light on, and then press the digital ten-digit key and digital-digit key to set the interval value;

10. press the timing setting button again to make the timing setting indicator light on.
